Some outer-Auckland area courier charges vary considerably. Weekend deliveries to some of these areas can incur an additional charge. We will confirm price on confirmation of order.
The following areas are not available SAME DAY, therefore no flower gifts, gift baskets/gift boxes only.

When sending to out of Auckland addresses, every endeavour will be made to have the gift arrive on the requested day. However, on occasions it does take an extra day, so we will make allowances by sending the gift earlier rathe than later, in case of any unexpected hold up.

All gifts baskets and gift boxes are designed by our Auckland staff and sent from our Auckland Design store.
Out of Auckland flower orders are despatched through our International Flower Service and will be delivered by a local florist.
Gifts baskets and gift boxes containing flowers cannot be sent to out of Auckland addresses.
Please Note:-
- Accuracy with addresses and phone numbers is important because if incorrect information is given, it can cause delays and extra courier charges.
- All deliveries carried out by specialized floral and gift couriers.
- We deliver throughout Auckland several times daily Monday to Saturday.
- If you require gifts to be delivered to central Auckland business addresses earlier than 10am, please order by 3 pm the day before. We have an early morning courier departing Send-a-Basket at 8 am each weekday and Saturday.
- All orders to BUSINESS addresses need to be received no later than 12 noon for same day delivery. We are able to do special business addresses for areas such as Onehunga, Penrose, Mt Wellington, Mangere, Airport Oaks, Mt Roskill and Greenlane and some areas of Newmarket. Please check with our consultant. Deliveries to Auckland home addresses can be received up to 2.00 pm for same day delivery.
- Urgent courier service available if required.
- 2 courier pick-ups from Send-a-Basket on a Saturday, with the last pick-up being at 12 noon.
- Sorry we are not open on a Sunday and there is no courier service. Special pre-arranged Sunday deliveries available but cost will be advised at time of order.
- Rural deliveries will take an extra day or two depending on the area and will incurr an extra cost of $6.00.
- Delivery for all outer areas will be late afternoon only, as couriers only visit these areas once a day on the last cycle.
- Some outer Auckland areas will incur extra cost, we will advise additional cost on return.
- A carton is included for North and South Island deliveries
- All pricing in this website exclude the above delivery charges
- All pricing includes GST
- We confirm all on-line orders by return email and will advise of any additional delivery costs at this time.
